We organised a meet & greet through holoiday extras. It was good value for money for us with 2 small children and at unsociable travel hours of the morning and evening. It all went according to plan. Staff were punctual and cordial at all times. No problems at all. Fast track security was ok. Not hugely fast but then I expect security to be thorough above all else. We didnt have a long queue which is important when travelling with under 4 year olds.

I left my mobile phone in the car and your driver very quickly came back to find me and return it. Also on my return my car was delivered in minutes. Excellent service.

I have used many meet and greet services throughout the uk and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I arrived at the airport at 4.45am the staff were there and helpful. On the way back we called from the terminal and by the time we got out the car was there already. Thanks.

muddled drop off and pick up. Had to reiterate everything twice as firm couldn't find the booking on departure and on return couldn't find a record of the car. Always use meet and greet service at Heathrow & Bristol. This was not good !!!

The service was good but spoiled because I did not know I had to pay the airport charge as well. This puts the price up by another £2, and while a small sum, being told I could not park unless I had £1 for the barrier was really annoying.
