The staff were very helpful and pleasant.though there was a mistake in the time of the return flight .But that was to our advantage as our flight was delayed by 2 hours.!

First time I've used parking at Liverpool and compared to Manchester seemed disorganised. Had to wait outside for approx 20 mins both on arrival and departure and having paid for Meet and Greet I wasn't impressed

Had a little difficulty finding Imagine even using the suggested postcode in the satnav but got there eventually. Cheerful chap on reception and car waiting when I got back.

It was too chaotic when I arrived and there was nowhere easy for me to leave my car. I ended up having to manoeuvre my car into a very tight spot (not a space) in a very crowded car park right beside where people were waiting for their vehicle and another vehicle was trying to get in.

Dropping the car off was fine, but when we phoned to be picked up we waited about 30 minutes and eventually had to drag all our baggage to the car park. We were met by 2 men who had obviously no intention of picking us up.
