Facilities wasn't exactly how described, lots of miles had been out on my car. Had my car cleaned before I dropped it off and when I got it there was lots of mud/dirt around the wheel arches and up the doors.

We used holiday extras to assist with the car parking "meet and greet" service. When we returned two days ago there were scratches on the back of the car. The gentleman who delivered it back to me took my number and said his boss would call me with insurance details but they still haven't.

I was told as I was disabled I would get a free upgrade to Meet and Greet but when I turned up as I was told too none of the staff knew anything about it. That got sorted after about 15 minutes of messing about and we were taken to the airport terminal and also given the phone number to call when we got back to arrange for the car to be delivered to the terminal. When we arrived back I called the company and gave my name to the chap on the phone and he said to me 5 to 10 minutes, so we waited where we were told to when we were dropped off originally on the way out, we waited and waited some more by which time I'm cold, tired and suffering badly with pain from having to stand around ( my disability condition does not like me being cold or having to stand for any period of time) after 30 minutes of waiting I called again to be told they had turned up in their minibus and waited for us, now we watched someone drop a Audi TT to a couple in front of us then get in a minibus and go. Them they said they went, I was again asked for my name and vehicle registration number which I had given him but he kept getting it wrong and then said it was my fault for not telling him it was meet and greet, surely it was on his paperwork as it was on my copy! He said he would be 5 minutes we then waited another 15 minutes before he eventually turned up with my car and I was able to finally get into a warm vehicle and also at last sit down and rest my by now very painful legs/hips etc. The time it took to finally get my car from them I Could have walked to their warehouse on my sticks from the airport and still have been in less pain than I was with all the standing around we had to do! Still in a lot of pain from this over 24 hours later! Not happy with the service at all especially as it was nearly midnight by the time I got my vehicle back. I will use holiday extra again as I always have done in the past but I will NOT be using this parking company ever again and I will also pass this on to my friends and family and also the Facebook disabled groups in belong too.

Imagine car park facility is excellent. Convenient location. Would walk from the car park to the airport within 5 minutes. Car looked after and ready for collection on your return. Great price for the area. Would highly recommend and use the service again. Also holiday extra gave the best price! Thanks for a super service!!
