parking ok hotel booking not ok. Booked on line wrong date defaulted in, noticed but no one to call sun pm. Ended up paying for hotel twice still no feedback & difficult to contact anyone to discuss it. Would not use hotel service nor recommend it again

Unfortunately when we got back to Humberside Airport I was tired and not feeling well. All I wanted to do was to get home so when I saw the ticket machines in the baggage reclaim I used that to pay for my parking, not realising that I should have used the information desk. Humberside Airport have been very prompt in refunding my payment but maybe a warning notice would be useful?

Perfect, short walk to airport terminal , drive straight in, get ticket from machine, put in wallet and fly away, when you arrive back straight to airport parking information get your ticket swiped, walk to car, drive to exit, put ticket in machine and off you go home, it's as easy as that.

Parking was easy unfortunately it was explained to me that you had to get your ticket validated before you attempted to leave the car park, and the machine tried to charge me £76.

All airport parking is too expensive in the UK. Never met any staff. The piece of Tarmac I parked on was OK. Everything went smoothly.

This car park a 2 min walk to the terminal. But with no alternatives nearby, the price, even with HE email discount makes it quite pricey for 4 nights

The only delay was having to validate the ticket on return, some people clearly hadn't read their instructions. If the airport had improved their system then this would not have occurred

Got in the wrong lane on the hunberside bridge called them to pay they would not take payment over thephone saying I had to check online every day to see if my car reg was on then I fill an online form and you can pay failure means a big fine I did this and as I was filling the form in it timed outits designed to get you a fine not to pay. SO ALL THIS HAS PUT ME OFF GOING TO HUMBERSIDE SORRY FOR THAT
