Entered Car Park 1. Apparently spaces available but few and very narrow. No indication we should have gone to a less congested car park. No staff available to help.

A bit odd that you have to have the car parking ticket validated at customer services and provide your name before exiting - can the computer not contain this information and allow you to exit sitomatically? Seems a bit archaic.

Outdoor map showing car park layout is confusing, it needs a 'You are here' note to show here you are. It took us ages to find car park 3, because we weren.t where we thought we were on the map.

Unfortunately the holiday was cancelled due to my wife entering hospital for emergency surgery on June and advised not to travel by air for at least 6 weeks and my travel insurance did not cover parking just the holiday booking.
