Both parking and collection of our vehicle went smoothly and to plan. Being able to collect our vehicle from the airport when we arrived home, instead of having to jump back on a shuttle to the long stay car park, was a definite bonus.

Shuttle ride was 20 minutes longer than advertised, and took out a big chunk of our contingency time. But otherwise a very good service. Pick up was great.

Everything mostly went to plan except we had trouble finding their drop off depot and would have preferred delivering the car to the airport because that all took up quite some time. The pick up went without a hitch though.

On returning from our holiday the directions to be picked up were incorrect. The printed directions told us to go and wait in Zone A of the short stay car park. This was not the case we should have got out of the lift and just on the left hand side there was a Purple car park desk with a gentleman waiting for us. We did not realise this and waited for 40 minutes at zone A. Not great when you have been travelling for 26 hours.

There was confusion as to action on return to HRW. We were informed by staff and notice on bus that we should phone when plane landed yet paperwork said go directly to pick up. Phoned 0845 number but busy so risked going directly to collection and told phone not needed as flight arrival monitored. Instructions need to be clarified and staff advised accordingly
