Coach was waiting for us on arrival at 3am at carpark & taken to airport in minutes.. On arrival back into Glasgow a coach was waiting just as you exit airport. For once a service as good as advertised

Outgoing was fine. On return we phoned for our pick up to be told someone was on the way.Fifteen mins later we were still waiting in the cold. A driver from another company took us to collect our car. The person at Park Fast. Was very rude.And said they had no driver to pick us up. We are pensioners and my husband has walking difficulties. This was very distressing for us. We will therefore never use or recommend this company again. when we pay for a service we expect to get it.

arrived at parkfast just as the bus was about to leave,lady from reception held the bus so we could get on. on coming home called the number provided by parkfast and bus was at pick up point two minutes later.i have to say we were delighted with the prompt service and the parking facilities, would definitely recommend you to any of my friends and family. ccommend

I've used holiday extra to book airport parking lots and have never been disappointed. The staff at park fast are very friendly and helpful and the drivers are great. I'll be using this site again and would recommend it to friends.

Too far from airport. Driver on the way back didn't check our names properly and dropped us off at the wrong carpark. This was only a few minutes walk from the carpark we were supposed to be at but still an inconvenience I'd rather not have on a pouring wet day. The driver had already arrived at the carpark by the time we got there and laughed at the fact we got off at the wrong stop , at no point did he mention he would have two drop offs. As a frequent flyer I Certainly won't be returning with my custom and won't be recommending this carpark to anyone.

I was over charged as when confirmation of my booking was sent to me the dates were different from what I had booked so I had to change the date resulting in an additional cost
