The Bus from your car park to the airport is alreadys waiting and ready to leave... However the bus which picks people up from the airport and returns to the car park is never around when required!

First time we have used any parking facility, clear directions to the car park, not far from the airport, very fast transfers both ways. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Car park was extremely icy under foot. A lack of drivers resulted in delays to and from the airport with no explanation offered when we contacted the company to ask when to expect the coach to arrive at stand 5.

When getting picked up there was a delay as the bus that picked us up didn't have the car park name on the front and the driver didn't check to see if we were waiting. Very frustrating

Yes, but when we arrived back after collecting our bags we called the number given and we had to leave a message and then waited 15 minutes then called back to confirm someone had received the message. It would be better speaking to someone to confirm a bus was coming for us.

on return, despite phoning ahead, bus was full. Waited 20 minutes for another bus. When it came, driver kept us waiting another 20 minutes before he drove us back - the long way - to the car park.

Very pleased how everything went. At the last moment, had to change the car we arrived in. No problem. A few clicks on "amend booking". No extra fees involved. Everyone involved with the parking company were efficient and friendly. Used them before and will again
