There was a slight problem when I tried to find the airpark. I received an email advising that the original car park was unavailable and I should a sister car park however the address and postcode were identical. I contacted your control and they were able to direct me to the air park. After this hiccup everything went smoothly.

I do want to make a special mention about the staff of Parkfast, they were exceptional. I was abroad and my wife with our toddler was running late to catch her flight. We called Parkfast staff and they not only made sure that the transfer bus was ready waiting at the car park but the driver also loaded all the luggage by himself on to the bus. The entire staff was really helpful and helped my wife to relax a bit in a stressful situation. Thank you for all your help guys!

Stood 15-20 minutes waiting for return transfer. Bus dropped all passengers at the office, requiring a long walk to my car. We could have been allowed off as the bus circled the car park.

Unfortunately staff issues with parkfast delayed my picking up from the airport, normally this would have been fine but as my flight got in a 2am the last thing I wanted to do was hang around. Another company driver picked me up but this only caused further delay as he then had to go via other airport parking places before I got to where my car was parked.

The parkfast bus driver didn't put parkfast on front of the bus, so no one knew it was there. Took us an hour to do a 5 min journey, he said he didn't want to confuse people. Doh!

We did book with park fast but received an email 2 months before our holiday to say our booking had been changed and we were now booked into park & fly. Got to the car park only to find they did not have any record of our booking. The man at Park&Fly was great and allowed us to park our car but this is the 2nd time we have had issues with airport parking when using Holiday Extras. Not sure I will be using them again as don't need this extra stress just before my holiday.

When I arrived at the parking on the 9th September I was told that there was no reservation despite being in possession of the booking confirmation. After about 20 minutes of arguing with the staff I was allowed to park my car and was told it would be sorted out. When I returned on the 17th September to collect my car I was stopped from leaving and told again that I had no reservation and that it had been cancelled on the 11th September despite my having been there since the 9th. Again I spent another 20 minutes arguing with staff, who it has to be said were sympathetic and worked hard to resolve the issue. Although this issue was cleared up reasonably quickly, this caused unnecessary stress especially upon my return in the very early hours of the morning.
