Went smoothly - car park was full so had to go to Zone D and had to parking space spot but found one easily enough.Did not have to wait long for the bus and took no time at all. Will book again!

Transfer back to airport was in the dark and the bus driver failed to give zones or bus stop numbers so it was a bit of a guessing game for passengers!

All went to plan. The only comment I would have is that on the outbound journey the bus driver did not announce if we had arrived at South or North terminal at Gatwick which caused some people some confustion. Other than that all good

Always use official airport parking. Reasonably priced and good service. Normally no problems at all. Although on this occasion the transfer bus driver on our departure was a bit of an a**e, and waited until we pulled up alongside the back of the bus with our suitcases before driving off.

We booked it in the normal way and drove in at the allotted time, however on leaving the barrier hadn't recognised our registration plate and demanded £165.00...as you can imagine at after 2am this wasn't the welcome home we were expecting having been delayed with Norwegian earlier, the chap on the desk resolved our issue quickly but it was a little upsetting!! We will probably use yourselves again but we did find this quite disconcerting :-(

I thought I had changed my parking arrival time byh but it didn't work. When I logged in again the next day to confirm as I hadn't received confirmation of the change, I realised it hasn't gone through but then got an error message saying I couldn't amend it as it was withinh. I understand that but surely it's not my fault the system failed when I tried to change it in time! The parking itself was ok and well signed. On my return, the driver who took me back from South terminal could really do with some customer service training and tact. Someone on the bus pressed the stop button by accident. The driver proceeded to come in the tannoy and tell everyone that as a result he would be stopping at every stop and it would "take an age". I thought this was so unprofessional. I decided to get off the next stop and walk back. Finally upon exit, the machine asked me to pay while I had already paid online! It was resolved by the operator but waisted time at close to midnight before the drive home.

Parking at the airport meant we didn't have to rely on someone getting us late at night. It also meant we didn't have the cost of high taxi prices there and back. You park up, grab a bus (which runs every-15mins) to the airport. We wrote down exactly where we had parked on the reverse of our ticket so we didn't forget. The same when coming home- come out of departures and go left to the bus stop (south terminal). Again, a bus comes every-15mins. We were at zone G which took about mins to get to as they go past every bus stop. Will definitely use again
