The only two snags were that we arrived late at the airport very early in the morning and in the rush to get on a bus that was directly opposite where we parked we noted the stop but not the zone. Coming back the driver referred to the zones and not the stop numbers so we had a longer ride than anticipated. On leaving the car park the ticket did not work but was sorted out fairly quickly via the intercom.

The facilities were how they were described, the buses were quick and there was no waiting around to be picked up and dropped off. However, the exit policy of having to drive through the short stay car park before being able to get on the motorway is not ideal and adds extra time to a journey and is confusing.

Staff amazing from booking to Lovely male member of staff who on 2nd August around 9.30am 10ish made sure we found our car then kindly helped by pushing my husband in his wheelchair to our car. Thank you for all your help. TY.
