I was really pleased with the service received and allowed us to park our car with peace of mind that it would be safe. Transferes to airport itself were efficient.

This was our first time using Parking Express via Holiday Extras and we found it extremely beneficial, taking all of the hassle out of the travel arrangements to and from the airport. Everything was as advertised, with ease of use and regular transport between the car park and the airport. We will certainly be recommending the service to friends and family, and will be using the service on every holiday from now on.

Very quick and friendly service. Ticket provides a section to record where you have parked your car. Speedy transfer to the airport which makes a change from other services which can take up to 20 mins.

I have always used Holiday extra for my parking needs at gatwick airport, it is by far the cheapest and easiest system to use on the internet.

After having an average holiday I expected a nightmere getting to my car and out of the airport.!!! How wrong one can be. Bus was waiting , straight to car and out of airport in around 15 mins with not a single issue. Thankyou. Next time I will spend 2 weeks in the carpark!!!!!

all is so easy bus pick up and drop off drivers really friendly no hiccups only on my part for not booking right day for flying out but again no hazzle from you just asked to pay the £8.50 on arriving back at ticket machine. Always use your company since finding it on the internet and recommend you to friends and family. Thankyou for making it so easy.

The driver was fabulous on our return journey. We arrived at 'bus stop 8' at approx 5am on 8th Sept and the bus waiting had a different destination to ours of G14. The bus driver politely told us that unfortunately he was going to a different area. However, after he waited for a few minutes further and there were no passengers on his bus, he called us over to say that as he didn't have anyone he could drop us off after all. It was very, very pleasent and unexpected to experience such good customer service and to meet someone who uses there initiative and doesn't operate like a robot! Good customer service is very scarce but I can't remember when we experienced great customer service! After a 8+hr flight it's just what we needed. Thank you!!

Parking was a dream. The transfer coach was on time, clean and the driver was polite and helpful. Our ticket enabled us to drive straight through the exit barrier. I would definatley use Parking Express South again.

Car Park was easy to find via directions , bus service to south terminal was quick with friendly staff, the only downside was travelling back on the M25......

Booking in advance for 14 days' parking with Parking Express at Gatwick probably saved me a lot. Though I didn't make an estimate to compare the 'turn-up and park' charges with PE at Gatwick, the cost was in line with 8 days' parking at Stansted, and therefore very reasonable. On an occasional basis, I have used Holiday Extras for a range of travel services in the past, and always been pleased with the results.
