Signage in South Terminal not clear as to where to go to wait for bus on return. Alot of people incuding us ended up on the ground floor looking for the Bus Stop when it is actually on floor 2. Everything else arrival, transfer to terminal and car parking were great.

Ore bookings needed to park in a certain zone of the car park. On arrival this was not clear and although quickly resolved the confusion could have been avoided. Everything else was exactly as described, buses were actually more frequent than stated online which was excellent.

I used holiday extras to book parking at Gatwick Airport. The service was as promised. The instructions were clear and it was quick and easy to go to and from the airport on the bus.

Booked long stay car parking at Gatwick (South Terminal. Getting to carpark and then terminal were easy. Getting away from the car park was quick and my only very slight comment is that 'signage' from the 'gate' to the 'pick up' point could have been clearer as there was some confusion between 'Buses' and 'Car Parks'

Staff were very helpful & polite. Even thought I was worried because my flight had been cancelled everything went smoothly when I got back, but I do not feel I should have paid for the extra day as the flight being cancelled is out of my control.

Booked the Long Stay car park at Gatwick South Terminal. Very smooth operation and it felt good to hang on to my own car keys knowing that no-one else needed to drive my car! Just a pity you couldn't do anything about the long queue of slow traffic on the M25 on my home!
