When we enteted our ticket to leave the machine indicated we iwed £76.00. We had paid in advance. Quickly sorted out but we coukd havr done without that

The booking was very smooth and trouble free, on arrival at the gate the parking card issued had the wrong registration on it. I parked up and informed the staff, it was sorted in minutes. I encountered very little problem using this service and would recommend it to others, easy peasy. Great value for money

Everytime I use this car park even though I prepay my ticket never lets me out past the barrier.i always have to call the man over the radio to release me.its wearing a bit thin now.i have to confirm who I am.

car park described as having number plate recognition camera on entry, Not true, had to obtain ticket from machine. On exit I was asked to pay but already paid for this, had to buzz for help and then identified on system as paid and let out. Not all automatic but worked OK.

Slight confusion on check out as I didn't read the instructions correctly! Friendly staff sorted that out and I was on my way. Very convenient for the airport and cost effective, which make it a winner in my book.

Pre booked long term car parking at car Park 2, Exeter Airport. No problems with gaining access to car park or leaving on departure.Easily found vacant car space not too far from entrance on arrival. No damage to car on return. No necessity to use staff as smooth running process.

The staff were very helpful, had to change ther car we were taking and the staff were very helpful on the phone. Also the registration number didn't come up at the barrier but the staff in the kiosk found our reference number on their computer and updated the ticket for us, without any problem.
