The car parking at Exeter Airport was very good. We drove up, a ticket was printed with our reference and car number. we parked and on our return we put the ticket in the machine and drove off. just what we wanted , no fuss.

We paid a lot for the convenience and that is exactly what we got. Ticket machine went smoothly so didn't need to speak to staff which is good too.

A more direct approach to & from the terminal is needed, especially in bad weather. A gateway in the fence would be good. Also the car park needs to be tarmac surfaced as rolling a case over the loose surface is difficult.

The car park gate man was very helpful when I arrived. It was worth paying the extra cost to stay in the closest car park, especially as my husband has some difficulty with walking.

Camera misread license plate, missing first character, so had to speak to operator to get ticket validated. He was very helpful but an unnecessary hassle.

Not really your problem, however, my registration number end with the letter "O" but the cameras at the car park barriers always read it as a zero. I'm then asked to pay the full parking fee. It means creating havoc as I try to reverse with cars behind me, to go to the information desk.

Staff were helpful, but due to new roadworks I thought I had better get there earlier, for another hour it cost me an additional £10+ , which when I picked my car up we landed early so they don't give you that money back! Also it said premium stay which was a little confusing with the email sent and I thought ticket would have said prepaid on entry but it didn't so I had to ask the staff who said it should have as I was in the system

Staff helpful. Only problem was that at car park in Exeter there were trees where we had to park the car and when we got back k the car was covered with a very sticky resin like substance which has been difficult to remove.

On our arrival the photo of the Registration Number did not work. We parked and I went to the very nice man in the Kiosk who noted the problem and re issued a car parking ticket with the account number as opposed to the index number. He then wished us a good holiday. At 4am, we were impressed and grateful. On our return, we exited the car park without a problem. Please convey our thanks to the nice man in the kiosk and hope the camera problem at the entry gate is now sorted out.
