Car park very full on arrival, some cars had parked badly and we didn't think we would find a space - a penalty system for cars taking up 2 spaces should be in place. No wait for bus either way which made journey really stress free.

Best car park we have ever used. Barrier lifts on approach, park vehicle, get on bus to Departures. Bus back to car park, out of bus and into car. Barrier lifts on approach to exit. Homeward bound in a trice. Job done -- thank you JetParks. Already recommended to relatives and friends -- they have a similar experience without any hassle as do ourselves.

Our flight from Tenerife arrived very late. We were very tired. The first bus driver dropped us off at the wrong carpark insisting it was right As everything looks very different in the dark we wondered around dragging our suitcases and getting very frustrated. A second driver pulled over to ask if we needed help. After explainingb to him he was very helpful. Took us to the correct park and even offered to wait to confirm our car was there.

We had a very stressful time finding the car park as there was no signs when entering east midlands airport. The post code that was given took us to the main three car parks which you had to pay to get out off and caused a very big embarrassment. This post code could not have been correct because the actual car park is a couple of miles away. We were not impressed and was not a very good start to our holiday.

Happy with the overall parking experience. The heavily stoned area for parking itself could do with being of finer graded gravel/stones. The surface felt rather rough for driving into and out of parking place.

Rename the carparks so you don't have any duplicated numbers EG only using the number one once, it would help with the bus transfer and carpark signage being more defined.

On arrival the barrier did not raise, we had to press for assistance. It took them an age to reply and open the barrier for us. On our return it was raining heavily, and there were only two very small shelters to wait for the bus in, those unable to get shelter got wet through. On exit, the barrier failed to open and there wasn't a machine for assistance. I had to walk to the entry barrier machine for assistance. She took ages to answer, then told me to get back in my car and wait for the barrier to rise, it never did. I went back to the entry barrier and pressed for assistance again. Once again it took ages for a reply. This time I was told that I was in a bus lane despite there being no markings or signs to indicate that. He told me to drive to another barrier where we finally escaped. All in all this was a bad experience. It reflects badly on East Midlands Airport and Holiday Extras. The only way to contanct them on the day is with a premium rate telephone number, so more expense. They both exhibited a very unprofessional attitude and approach, with a total disregard for their customers. East Midlands Airport is a micky-mouse airport, run by money-grabbing amateurs. Next time I'll use Manchester, Luton or Birmingham, at least I will then have the option of flying with easyJet, the best airline that I have ever flown with in recent years.

Arriving in the pouring rain wasn't helped in any way by the inadequate bus shelter at the terminal, this may be out of your control but added a negative to our experience waiting for your bus which was too small. Your staff are at both extremes, one helpful and one grumpy.
