Initially the parks were difficult to find because signage was poor and the postcode is the same for all east minds airport but once we were given directions then the experience was faultless. Parking environment was of a good standard and the transfer excellent with informative and helpful drivers. To be recommended

Directions were not updated to reflect the road closure, and no signage to indicate that it is within airport complex car parks until final roundabout. Pot holes in car park. Waited over minutes for bus on return.

Yes, apart from the bus being so full that we literally couldn't move, and the driver shouting for us to go further down the bus to let more people on. When we literally couldn't he made out it was our fault to the people trying to get on. There were cases everywhere, maybe a trailer behind the bus for luggage would be helpful.

Very smooth system which we pre-booked. Only down side and I know you're a business, being sent e-mails asking for other services from yourselves is very frustrating. Most people will book the holiday, hotel plus parking deal or parking deal straight away. You don't need to send them asking the customer, have got this yet!!!!!

There was absolutely no hassle, straight into the parking and within a minute the bus to transfer us to the airport was there. Will definitely use the service again.

At the airport the road was closed for repair and we all waited at the bus stop until a man came up & told us the bus stop had been moved due to road closure. No signs up saying this could have been handled better.poor organisation.

It wasn't as straightforward as we thought getting into the carpet and leaving. We thought the car recognition cameras would of allowed us straight in and it didn't on entry and leaving.
