I have used a few of these Jet Parks at East Midlands. The system works well and runs smoothly although some of the surfaces could be improved - too many rain-filled holes when you return in the rain and it becomes difficult to avoid getting wet.

I have no problem with the car park apart from no signs anywhere to find the car park I was panicking that I was going to be late I went to jet parks in Manchester last year fully sign posted not a problem I'm very disappointed that I had to get sooo stressed about a car park when I was already stressed about flying this wasn't enjoyable for me

Could not get out of car park took ages for someone to answer the intercom causing a queue of about 7 or 8 cars behind us. Lady was very helpful when she did answer.

Everything was fine for me personally although I was a bit perturbed by your staff member's attitude with another customer whose flight had been delayed and they demanded further payment to let him out. The man looked to be in his's and was obviously finding it stressful enough to be home late without the added hassle of your unhelpful staff member.

You never replied to my emails at all or my phone calls because we hadon't to change flights ended up being a day late paying extra on the car park. Was so disappointed that nobody had the de encyclopedia to contact us.
