Quick and simple. Easy to get to, easy to get in and even easier to get out. Bus stop close by and they ran on a regular basis. If you are using EMA this is the place to leave your car.

there was a problem exiting the car park on return ... the guy in the office was very helpful tho and spoke through the machine to rectify this problem . Will not use again ..go back to meet & greet

Had to walk a long way for bus transfers to departures. Jetparks 2 is a lot better because the bus actually goes into the car park.

Easy to find, regular bus and very pleasant driver. Short 2 minutes ride to terminal could even walk if weather ok. Will recommend & use again.

Straight into car park with no problems and straight out on approaching the barrier upon return. Only way you could make the whole experience better is by having something that told you where spaces are.

The entrance to car park was partially coned off struggled to get my van in also took a while to gain entrance at barrier took a while to find a parking space as nearly all were took

Car park had a new tarmac surface, with fresh box markings. 9 out 10, would have been 10 out 10, but we had to carry heavy cases down some steps to get to bus stop. Would definitely recommend.

We did not get straight to the correct car park straightaway following the directions we printed off, the roads at East Midlands are not clearly marked and there are other car parks too. We did find it okay in the end, and the bus service to the airport was very good.
