Everything was great the staff were very helpful and friendly, I wouldn't fly from any other airport. The car was secure and the entry and exit to the car park was easy.

The Exit barrier didn't read my number plate and just said on screen "PLEASE WAIT" for an exceedingly log time before I had to press for help.This is not first time at barriers at Dancaster airport car parks.

It is frustrating that number recognition doesn't work - on entry or exit - this seems to happen when booking through holiday extra as this is the second time it has happened. But good location and easy access to the airport.Generally parking seems expensive at this airport.

The staff were helpful on exit but had the number plate recognition worked then I would not have needed their assistance howeverI had to return home 3 days early due to contracting pneumonia We purchased a flight to Manchester on Thursday 19th October with Ryanair and landed at 9.30 am I collected my car on Friday 20th October having Been to see my GP On collecting my car as my ticket on entry said licence number not recognised I contacted a member of staff at the exit barrier and he was most helpful and efficient releasing me from the car park after he had done a few checks as I had not got my booking details with me just the ticket obtained on entry
