Everything went smoothly and as expected. I just think that the price was expensive, £40.00 for just over 3 days was too much. This price was more suited to a weeks parking.

We didn't receive any information regarding how to exit the car park or if we needed to validate the ticket. We just drove to the exit barriers & pressed the buzzer - the lady was very helpful.

I had thought that the barrier should read my registration and let me in, but it didn't I had to take a ticket, so I was worried about getting out. However, I got out with no problem.

The numberplate scanner did not link to the booking. I spoke to a member of staff via the help button. she could not find the reference number. I had to ask a member of staff to let me out.

Yes fine signage bit confusing at Doncaster , says wait to be scanned but you have to take two tickets ? . And way out of car park is not marked and very unclear , but your side of the transaction was fine

Fine, apart from the rather confusing instructions about what to do when leaving the car park. I simply waited for number-plate recognition, then put my ticket (which I had obtained on arrival) into the machine, and the barrier lifted. Simples!

When I booked I was lead to believe I had booked in the Premier parking! But I was in the short stay which lead to confusion at the barrier - directions in the letter took you to the Premier car park? Some other drivers were confused with the parking ticket.Instructions should be made clear.

Everything went well, finding the airport getting into the car park Tec. It was when I came to drive out of the car park and the barrier did not lift I had to press the call button and it took a long time for someone to respond, if there had been a que of traffic behind me it would have been awkward, other than that I was very happy with the service.
