Fast track was really good and made our airport experience very easy. The only thing which I would say was that the barriers failed to recognise my reg so had to ask for help when leaving the car park but was soon on our way

Transfer from car park into airport entrance was without assistance but tolerable given the short(ist) distance. Following that the staff arranges assisted boarding with efficient and friendly service.

I checked parking 1 week before departure and it was £95. I went to pay 3 days before and it went up to £135. Yet when I got to the airport I could have paid £95

Doncaster is a fantastic airport to fly from the parking is so near to the departure and arrival lounges it takes minutes. The parking process was as always there uncompicated, worked and did what is said on the tin. Great service all round.

Booked parking at Doncaster Airport, used my voucher from to do this very simple. Had to change car details due to my car going into the garage for work, easy to do on app. Barrier did not open at airport took a ticket which I used on return to exit the airport car park. All very simple.

We booked short stay parking at Doncaster Airport for 7 days it was very to get into and just a short walk into terminal. Unfortunately our flight was delayed by our 8 and half hrs making us go over our time by nearly 5 hrs . We were expecting to pay the extra charge but didn't have to so would definitely use this service again.

The car park did not recognise my car number plate so had hassle getting out as the car park did not have our booking from you! Apparently this is a common complaint about your company which you need to put right!

The car park had no confirmation of our booking and at 4.30am we had to negotiate with a very rude member of staff at Doncaster airport. He eventually let us in to the car park, reluctantly. and said we’d have a problem getting out and we did!

it was very easy to initially book this parking for our upcoming holiday, and i found it useful that we could amend this booking to when we needed too as our holiday details changed. however when we got to the airport, we found it very hard to find where the holiday extras parking spaces where, it wasn’t explained it would just be the short stay car park and we were very worried we had parked in the wrong place and we couldn’t get in contact with anyone from holiday extras as the app wouldn’t let me call anyone. this made it very unsettling for us having to leave our car in a place we didn’t know was right, as we were worried we would come back to a bill or fine. other than this, we would be using holiday extras again and we did find the booking process easy.

I have used Holiday extra for years, and always been really pleased with it, however I recently booked car park at Doncaster airport, I searched from 4th April until the 11th April and paid £33 for the week, however when we returned early hours of the morning it took ages to sort the problem out apparently we had only booked from the 3rd April until 4th April, when I checked that is what the booking was, I didn’t notice this on the booking confirmation and had to pay another £37 to be let out of the car park. Who would pay £33 for just one day, this has put me off using Holiday extras a day
