The car park isn’t clearly signposted. I’m not sure how number plate recognition works, so I had to go inside the airport and keep checking with the staff

Everything went very smoothly when we arrived and when we departed. We have chosen holiday extras on every occasion an will continue to do so. We fly again in September and will book airport parking on that occasion with you I would also continue to recommend to family and friends

Unfortunately your cameras at the entrance cannot read anything out of the ordinary, such as a personalized plate. Although it was sorted out with the help button, it did take some 7 minutes.

Everything went so smoothly, you just pull up to the barrier , the number plate recognition reads your plate the machine issues you a ticket and the barrier opens, go and park your car , when you come back off holiday just drive up to exit barrier insert your ticket and the barrier opens and off home you go , its so easy

The prepaid parking worked very well. The exit procedure could have been detailed slightly better. If it was clear on the original paperwork it may have saved a minute or two on departure, but no significant issues.

On arrival at Doncaster short stay the vehicle recognition was not working so had to call for assistance and take a card ticket, on return the card would not be accepted by the machine ( vehicle rec still not working) and had to call assistance to get out.

Number plate recognition on way in worked a treat unlike some other locations. On my exit, I followed instructions as per Email. This states do not insert ticket, the number plate recognition system would do it's job and let me out. It didn't. I pressed the help button and the operator told me to insert ticket, which was contrary to instructions. Please rewrite the instructions. Otherwise very good.

Everything was good, the only thing I was slightly miffed by was the fact it would have been cheaper for me to do a walk-in for the premiere lounge than booking before hand. For the parking the vehicle recognition didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal.
