The Long stay car park was closed when we arrived and we had to go into the short stay car park instead.

On arrival, number plate was misread. Took a ticket and when we returned had no problem using intercom at the barrier. Very helpful and speedy attendant. Closeness to terminal is brilliant and better than many rail stations.

All good and well apart from arriving at Doncaster and the long stay car park being closed , no new directions or instructions had to ring round to find out what to do

I rang regarding disabled parking bays . There was no parking anywhere to be found , we had to leave our car virtually near the entrance to car park. My husband walked with his stick as a walked with suitcase trolley.

Our flight was cancelled and we tried to get refund on parking which was not possible so I would advise anyone booking with holiday extras to book with cancellation option
