The barrier both on entering the car park and leaving the car park did not raise-? did not recognise our car reg number. Queues forming behind whilst we had to wait for someone to answer the help button.

We booked airport parking at Doncaster. On return the ticket machine would not register our ticket, but the staff were helpful and sorted out the problem.

The APNR did not pick up our number plate so on our return we had to press the help button and give the operator our booking number and name but this was done quickly and efficiently.

The only problem I find at doncaster is finding a parking space it took 25 mins. I think if you have prepaid you should be allocated a spot.
