Only problem was when we were leaving the car park I told the lady my booking number and she told me to drive through but the barrier did not open and I had to press the button again and give the number again before the barrier was raised. It would not normally be a problem but it was cold and raining and I was tired

Doncaster car parking easy but ticket needed double pass for exit after 'invalid ticket' message first time, second try lifted barrier. Instructions in case of this were provided ok.

Barrier opened on entry but not on exit, had to call help button. Otherwise it would have been 10. Easy to find and use with plenty of spaces and a very short walk to terminal.

on arrival we had to press help to gain entry although we had pre booked On return there was a tail back waiting 20 minutes + to get out because out of 3 exits only 1 was working and every one was having to press the help button

The only problem was that we needed a ticket to exit the airport at doncaster. If this had been late at night and not staffed we would have been in a difficult situation.

Easy to book. Very helpful staff when I needed to amend my booking. Only moan are the exit markings in Doncaster car park. After dark when it is not easy to see where the exit barriers are, the exit road markings need to be clear and not contradict themselves
