We were late arriving at parking due to a hold up on M4 dbecause of an accident. We rang Airparks and when we finally arrived 10 mins before checkin closure they rush us and several others to airport and assisted us in luggage handling to speed the process. We say Thank you for without your help we would not have caught the plane.

I had to change my business travel plans which affected my return journey, the Airpark’s people at Cardiff were very helpful and accommodating, they made my car available immediately on my return and were punctual with transport from the airport terminal to the secure parking area.

The price was great. The Airparks staff were all friendly and efficient. The transfer bus to and from the airport was clean, the drivers very helpful and pick up from the airport when I arrived home was prompt.

It was a good service, easy to book by the internet. Upon arrival, my details were administered very fast. The bus service to the airport ran to schedule. It was good the bus still drove even though only two people arrived to go by bus. The bus coming back did not keep us waiting long at all. Back at Airparks, my car was easy to find and I could finalise things fast to get on my way. Very convenient and will happily use Airparks Cardiff again.

All straight forward as usual, waited about 15 minutes and bus took us to airport. Would book again next time.One small comment the guy on reception was although efficient could have come across as a little more friendly.The bus driver was great.
