Very helpful from parking the car to collecting it again. My husband is in a wheelchair and we had 2 cases but the help we received meant I had no need to worry at the begining or end of our holiday.

A first class service, punctual and the drop off and pick up are always outside the very front of the airport building, thus making things so much easier for the traveller with luggage.

We arrived at the hotel,was dealt with quickly and efficiently,parked the car and within minutes were on our way to the airport.Instructions at the airport were clear.On arriving back at Cardiff the minibus was waiting and we were taken to to car park,claimed the car keys and we were on our way home,all withing 20 minutes.The only complaint is that you couldn't stop the rain.We have used airparks in the past and found that the changes you have made are more efficient.I have recommended Airparks to several of my friends and relatives and they have told me they will be using you in the future.

Car park has easy access to airport terminal. Quick check in for car. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. No fuss or delay at any time. And - luckily - none of the usual seagull mess on the car!
