Everything excellent, except for the 10 minutes sat waiting in the minibus on the transfer back, with the high pitched buzzer going off the full time because the back doors were open. Most unpleasant (and unnecessary)

Before booking I was a little unsure with who to book with as I have never been from Leeds/Bradford airport before. I picked sentinal mainly because it showed you a small picture of the compound where the cars were parked on their advertisement . I was glad that I did , what a smooth operation . Parking car close to reception , guy at desk waiting for you , bus outside to put bags on , within 15 mins of driving through the gates we were at the terminal building . Much the same coming back , didn't have to go to any ticket machine before getting the bus back as some parking organisation may you do . Out of the building on to the waiting bus , back to the parking lot , guy waiting with keys , walked over to car which this company have wide parking bays so less chance of damage to your car , loaded up , checked car ? and off ,all again within 15 mins of leaving the terminal building . BRILLANT , never again would I hesitate to use this company again . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SENTINAL

The booking process is very easy and the car park is easy to find. At the car park all runs smoothly and the bus transfer is quick. The return is also very quick and punctual. All in all, a good service. (Actually, better than the 'airport car park' as they run shuttle buses that go back and forth. If you just miss one you can wait a while for the next, Sentinel services are based on picking up people getting off their flights.)

no complaints at all. location easy to find and close to airport.speedy transfer to airport terminal.On return transfer present and awaiting our arrival. Ten minutes later I am driving home. First class 5 days parking £19.00 bargain.
