Everything as described apart from the fact that I had purchased a new car after booking, I immediately changed the car on your system but Sentinel were not aware of this so had to re-take details of new car!!!

Transfer bus waiting when we arrived at start of holiday. Busy when we landed but fleet of buses available so little waiting. Drivers and office staff very courteous.

Everything went very smoothly, was in the airport in minutes. On return a bus was there and staff helpful and lifted on/off the cases, the car was easy to get to and staff in the office had all relevant paperwork and keys at the ready.
