Can't praise Sentinel enough. Arrived 2 am tired and weary needed a quick getaway.Sentinel transfer 5 min and car ready to pickup in 1 min . No fuss! Have used Sentinel several times and they provide an excellent service inc. office staff and the driver.

All staff wonderful, the lady we booked in with was so friendly! Very helpful, polite & couldn't do enough for us. Helped with our cases, bus waiting for us at the beginning of our holiday, whisked off to the airport. The bus was waiting for us when we got back😀

Staff were pleasant on arrival in both directions. Very smooth service and prompt. It was nice to see larger than normal gaps between cars on our return. I use parking at Leeds Bradford quite often and this has been by far the best experience and I will return here on my next trip

Everything went very smoothly and Sentinel are well organised and efficient.The cost of airport parking can be very expensive and adds another considerable expense to a holiday. Sometimes there are other cheaper companies and alternatives so I always check your rivals who sometimes offer a better deal.

When we returned the airport was extremely busy. Lots of passengers were using your collection service and there was a lot of confusion as to were the queue for the bus started and finished. A couple next to us missed the previous bus and very nearly missed the next due to the position at which it stopped. Que this way signs would be very helpful. Having said that your driver was excellent in the way he loaded everyone's luggage onto the racking and maximised the collection.
