I have text no reply didn't use you as when we got to airport thought we was in your car park as I scanned bar code and let me in only to come out 4days later put token in that I got given to be told pay 64.00 as we were in wrong car park don't understand why let me in with my bar code why not say wrong car park so iv ended paying 3times the price iv booked before with you and use this car park so I feel iv have been conned out of my money so unless something is sorted I will not use again thanks for your time .

We have used this car park for some time now and it just continues to improve even more. It is easy to find, secure and transfers to airport are easy. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Waiting time for bus in very quick. Happy to run with a low number of passengers.

everything went smoothly from arriving at Sentinel to returning from holiday to pick up my car. the staff were quick, helpful and courteous and there was no waiting for transfers between the car park and the airport

Arrived early hours morning, only 1 bus and a mini bus available, a large queue of people waiting for next bus, had a bit of a wait, may not have been an issue if it had been during the day but we were very tired and it would have been better had there been enough buses ready.

Efficient as ever, car dropped off and in the bus to the airport in just a couple of minutes. Picked up within 2 minutes of landing, car parked near exit gate ready to leave, handed over return slip, keys ready and waiting, off home. Simple!
