This was the 2nd time we have used Sentinel and once again we were really impressed with the service we received. Everything is so well organised. Although extremely busy there is no queuing for ages and this is due to the really efficient staff. I would definitely recommend Sentinel(I have done)and will be using them again in the near future.

Staff very helpful. My husband had a bicycle accident while we were on holiday and came back using a wheelchair. The coach driver was kindness itself and very helpful. If you could possibly pass on thanks, that would be great. The rest of the service very smooth.

Exceptionally easy. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. The bus was waiting on our return, there were actual people returning keys very efficiently (no machines) and we were in our car within minutes of leaving the airport.

My flight was cancelled because of the weather but your company did not want to know and would not refund because it was less than 24 hours. Very disappointed and will never use holiday extras again

This is the BEST car park I have ever been to easy to find and the driver on our return was such a lovely helpful gentleman he assisted my family on and off the bus with our heavy cases he is a credit to the company we was so sad we did not have any cash on us to show our gratitude as he really deserved it lovely man

So efficient. Parked up gave keys in straight on a bus. 2 mins to airport. Bus waiting when we got back. Got keys straight away. Nice friendly staff too.
