Only one minibus so had to wait at the bus stop. It was fairly quick but rather frustrating waiting for 3 trips when it's very cold.

FANTASTIC. I had to change the car details 24 hours before we flew I telephoned and it was done instantly with no fuss. Arrival at the car park was smooth with no problems and the shuttle bus arrived within minutes. The driver helped my disabled granddaughter and husband onto the bus and then helped with the luggage. On return we were the only family waiting but the bus arrived within minutes, the driver knew where we had flown from and again helped to get on us on the bus. The car was waiting for us and we were away. I cannot praise this service enough. Thank you.

My wife has mobility problems would be very good if you could provided a wheelchair transport from bus to terminal and back as there is a quite a walk from where the bus has to park for her to walk and me deal with all the luggage. We also panic as the bus went without use the time before

The staff were very helpful and both drivers helped with the luggage only improvement would be to have some form of heating on the bus because the engine must have been cold.

I have used sentinel car park once before when I flew from Leeds Bradford again the service was second to none. Everything from the initial booking to collecting my keys when the holiday was over was straightforward and simple. Best company I have dealt with by far fantastic customer service the best.

I have used sentinel for the past four years and never had a problem . Unto this time our flight landed at 11.30 pm an due to having to wait for our pushchair we were last out of the baggage area with a five year old an 10 month old baby .. When we got to the bus it was already nearly full an we were told we might have to wait for the next bus , to expect us to hang around in freezing weather with two small children is unacceptable , we managed to cram onto the bus and two of us had to stand , which was fine however the driver sped away an was driving that fast around corners etc twice I lost my footing an nearly ended up sat on another child’s knee . Really not impressed with this experience , will have to think again about booking with them in future.

Very good service, totally professional and well organized. No delays in transferring us from the carpark to the airport and back again at the end. Drivers very helpful loading the cases on and off the buses for us. Would definitely recommend this carpark

We feel that the bigger the park .The pleasure is smaller.They packed the bus with people standing and the wait to depart gets longer, so less journeys for coach driver.Loosing the personal touch. This time they could not get another case or person on bus,must be overloading.
