We were delighted with the service. Very efficient. Suggest that customers do not wait in shelter provided as bus stops way past location of shelter and therefore anyone waiting has then to move again before getting on bus. Maybe advise onky to wait in shelter if weather inclement or get driver to stop at shelter.

It was easy to find, my confirmation was found straight away and the courtesy bus came very quickly. Despite a late night return, the bus back arrived almost instantly. I was off the plane and in my car in the space of 15 minutes!

Cannot praise the service enough. We arrived in snow and a bus was stuck so immediately a mini bus was there to take just the two of us to the airport. On our return two buses were waiting because they knew how many were returning and picking up the car keys was straight in straight out. Quite amazing organisation. Would certainly use sentinel parking again.

I have used Sentinel car parking a few times, they offer excellent service. On leaving the airport there was a number of people waiting for transfer the driver was very efficient even radioing in to advise there were more passengers waiting. On arrival at the car park we received excellent and quick service in getting our car keys.

I booked airport parking with Sentinel at LBA. Our flight home was unfortunately cancelled due to poor weather in the UK. We did not manage to collect the car until 26 hours later than anticipated - Sentinel had the car ready and did not charge us extra for the delay 😊

We booked Sentinel car park with yourselves at leeds Bradford Airport. When we got there they had no record of our booking. We were eventually allowed to park there after I retrieved your booking confirmation on my phone. Obviously there had been some communication issue between yourselves.

The weather was awful on the morning of departure and despite that it was a very smooth procedure at the park and transfer. Our arrival was late but the bus was ready waiting and we were on our way home very quickly. Really good service.

Secure car parking at Leeds Bradford Airport with Sentinel. This was an outstanding service. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Clean bus with very helpful driver. Everything ran like clockwork. Fantastic shuttle service. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others. Very competitive price too! What’s not to like?!
