Yes, everything was smooth as always. I never book airport hotels or car parks through anyone else, as the price is competitive, but more importantly the customer care is absolutely second to none. We have never been let down by holiday extras. Sentinel at Leeds was fine and the staff competent, transfers were quick and easy. All very good 🤗

I would have given a higher rating but when I returned to my car it was covered and I mean covered in bird droppings I understand this is not under there control but my car is only a few weeks old so I was quite upset

The parking provide by Sentinel at Leeds/Bradford airport is always well managed, quick and courteous. This time our return pick-up was held up due to a malfunction of the airport's barrier system - not Sentinel's fault but the driver did apologise for the slight delay.

Sentinel Car Parking @ Leeds Airport. Very regular drop offs at and pick ups from the airport. Fast drop off and pick up of keys. Fast, friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience, so with competitive prices it would be my preferred first choice of car parking provider at LBA.

Sentinel provide a good service for LBA. Satnav doesn't get the postcode right so the directions given when booking are important (easy to find once you know the place). Check-in and out are handled quickly and efficiently (everybody barged out of the bus ahead of me, so I nipped to the toilet and the others had all been dealt with in that time. No, it wasn't a Forrest Gump but I did wash my hands). Free copy of i newspaper very welcome.

The car park and the service was good. The staff in the car park when we first arrived were very rude and foul mouthed. They didn't realise my husbands deaf and can lip read. Apart from that everything else excellent.

Great service as usual, bus waiting to take us to and from the terminal building. Driver helped stow our bags and remove them both on outward and inward bus journey. Quick efficient pick up of both keys and car. Car park easy to enter and leave .Will definitely keep using the service whenever we fly from Leeds Bradford.
