All went smoothly both checking in and out. Staff were efficient and friendly. Perhaps emailing a copy of the car collection receipt as well as, or even instead of, giving a hard copy would ensure people know where it is.

Great service on arrival, with a transfer running straight away, giving us a relaxed start to our trip. On arrival at the car park our children were each handed an activity pack which we did not expect at all. With a two hour flight delay this ended up being an added bonus as the pack was great and entertained the children for quite a while.

Sentinel airport parking - excellent. Much better than the usual car parks I've used. The customer parks in an easily accessible bay close to the reception, hands their keys in, then is taken to the airport door immediately. On arrival back at the airport, the bus is there ready to collect you (as they know which flight you are arriving back on) and you are taken straight to the reception, given your keys and shown to your car, which is parked right outside. No waiting around for shuttle buses, walking around car parks or struggling to remember which park you were in! I would definitely recommend this service.
