Hassle free, parked up handed keys in, bus waiting straight to the terminal. returned bus waiting, back to the car park picked up the keys and drove away, no hanging around, will be using again next year excellent service.

Exceptional service as usual from Sentinel, Leeds. 1 min to drop keys, bus was waiting, 2 mins to terminal, bus waiting upon return, less than 1 min to collect my keys and the car was parked right outside. Faultless!

We arrive at the parking about 45 mins early but it wasn't a problem the girl behind the counter was so helpful and said it wasn't a problem so we drop the car off the bus was there waiting for us the same when we came back the bus was there waiting

Very efficient on arrival, minimal wait time for the transfer to the airport. Arrived home and the transfer bus was waiting. Car ready for collection. Even though it was early hours of the morning, it was a pleasant welcome.

It was easy to find. Booking in was quick. Just leave the car so no parking and the bus was waiting. Transfer was a couple of minutes to the airport. A bus was waiting when we got back and collecting the keys was quick and the car was there to collect. Helpful polite staff.

The Sentinel Car Park at Leeds Bradford Airport cannot be faulted. Friendly helpful staff at check in. Both transfer bus drivers helpful and friendly. Checkout took just moments.

Easy check in process, bus was waiting to take us to the airport so didn’t have to wait. Bus was very crowded but only takes a few minutes to be transported. On return bus came in minutes and we got the key straight away and were on our way. Very easy process.
