We booked in the Yorkshire lounge after been charged extra because are holiday was cancelled so changes from Gatwick to Leeds Bradford, No beer everything was an effort for the 2 elderly gentleman who were rude and serving , no food I have pictures the special assistant guy was rude I’ve never experienced anything like this in all my time it put a dampener on the start of are holiday Really disgusting service no choice of food a bowl of chilli between 50/60 people no covid rules in place, The barman was rude & for £60 I was disappointed and disgusted at the lack of service and choice The 2 elderly gentleman kept saying I finish in 1/2 hours, I hope I get a reply

Used Holiday Extras to book car parking at Leeds Bradford airport. We parked at Sentinel. Really easy to find easy to book car in great transfer to airport only 3 mins away. Car was ready for our return. A good start and end to our holiday. We have used Holiday Extras several times now and would highly recommend. So easy to use. Thank you all

Very slick operation, friendly staff and modern single decker Air port bus. Making getting on and off with luggage, easier than a mini bus. Our driver helped a disabled passenger with their luggage.

Everything about the experience was excellent. Quick, friendly check in. Bus to and from airport with less than 3 minutes waiting time. Excellent key collection - again fast and friendly. Car was waiting nearby and no problems. Used them twice this year and if I fly from Leeds Bradford again I will definitely be using this service. Thanks to all concerned.

Excellent service however I feel the cost of charging my plug in hybrid car was too high ( £3:50 for 30 miles worth of charge) I suspect that this should be much less

Wouldn't change anything all went smoothly dropping car off, shuttle bus was quick and easy and driver was so helpful with bags, collecting car after holiday was so quick and easy. Very friendly staff

We used Sentinel Parking. It was fuss free and easy to do. Booked it online, but when we needed to change it we telephoned and was dealt with efficiency and courtesy. The pick up of keys at the end of the holiday was again dealt with very quickly and smoothly.

Sentinel airport car parking is great at Leeds Bradford airport. Only 1 grumble, for the first time after many times using them, the car had clearly been parked under a tree and was absolutely filthy & covered in leaves & debris which should have been cleaned off before we picked up the car.

Easy check in with receipt given for keys. Upon arriving home the bus driver handled luggage for passengers which was appreciated due to limited storage. Checked out in seconds and my car was well looked after thank you!
