Turned up at Sentinel Parking, Leeds/Bradford. Checked car in and taken to airport departures - took 10 minutes in total. On return, the Sentinel bus was waiting outside the terminal; transfer and picking up car keys took about 5 minutes. Am using again next month.

Everything was exactly as described. This was the fourth time we had attempted to have a holiday. On the three previous cancelled attempts you immediately refunded the car parking charge without any hassle. Excellent customer service.

Always use Sentinel parking when flying from Leeds Bradford Airport, Always friendly helpful staff, unfortunately was 2 days later picking up the car because of my wife needing hospital treatment while on Holiday and no problem with Sentinel and no extra charge because of the circumstances. 10 out of 10

Dropped my car off at 4am on the 8th of October at Leeds, got my receipt and hopped on the waiting bus to the airport, on my return on the 22nd of October I had to wait 5 minutes for the bus, a lot of people were waiting and unfortunately not everyone managed to get on and we’re left behind to wait for the next bus!!

Quick and easy drop off, even quicker pick up. And only 5 minutes waiting for the transfer bus. Had to change our dates due to flight change. And that was quick and easy to do as well. happy with the service. Will definitely use again. A+
