It was very busy when we used the lounge. Almost no where to sit. Also we both have problems with our spine and had hoped for some chairs with high backs or recliners. Also we didn't have any opportunity for a face massage. Didn't even see where it was until leaving.

Excellent food, service and drinks quality. Possibly just a little more crowded than we expected and we struggled to get comfortable seating for 4 when we arrived.

Excellent lounge at T4. may seem expensive but the hot and cold food was fabulous. Great selection of wines. Lots of space so did not feel crowded. great way to start my trip!

Exceptional lounge with very good food selection. Large and spacious with a quieter Upper Floor. Very pleasant helpful staff... Would definitely recommend!

Everything went smoothly and the lounge was a pleasant place to spend a few hours. Only one comment re. what could improve the lounge - desserts. Something sweet is always good but there was only fresh fruit (healthy, but doesn't hit the spot sometimes).

T4 skylounge was almost as good as BA. Very good service and a good place to chill whilst waiting for the flight. The Mumbai lounge wasn't as good but up to spec apart from no wine visible...you need to ask
