Having booked a tour holiday starting from Heathrow airport we travelled down from York by train.With an early start we booked with you prior to a long flight.It was ideal just to sit and rest up,with all you have to offer ,great thanks no hesitation in using you again.

The selection of food was limited and the fruit was off. The staff couldn't care less. We were told to go upstairs where there was more room but not told that it closed earlier than downstairs. So disappointing overall.

We had booked in from 05.00, once we get to a lounge "we are on holiday and like to have a drink" however on this occasion there seemed to be a problem!! Although I did manage to get an alcoholic drink we were informed that alcohol is no normally served before about 10.30!!! Nowhere on your site is this stated!! I was very disappointed with this outcome and although I managed to get a few glasses of sparkling wine ( not my choice) my husband only managed to get one gin & tonic , not his normal choice. After paying so much money I cannot stress how disappointed I was with the lounge and wished I had not spent my money on this. I haves used a few different lounges on different occasions and have never come across this before. I would welcome your comments. Gill Jones

I had internet problem. Everything else was fine. However when i booked i found that if ii put in flight number the booking did not give me the full 3 hours.

The cooked breakfast was cold,when this was mentioned to a member of staff she said that she would tell the chief bearing in mind this was almost when they first opened!! They had beer but no wine was on offer!

We were delighted with the facilities offered in the lounge and considered it to be well worth the small additional expense. We were however disappointed by your reception staff who kept trying to send us to the Etihad lounge notwithstanding we gave her evidence of our booking. She was in fact very surly! Shame really!

The wife and myself were just about to start a 14 hour plane trip, so decided that a few hours rest in comfort and style should be had. I called your hotline 6 hours before flying and booked us in. Lovely atmosphere, reasonable food, good selection of alcohol. All staff I personally interacted with were very polite and welcoming. Will use again.

The lounge was very nice, staff excellent. The only part that could be improved at the lounge was the choice of food. It would of been nice to have a selection of hot meals that could be ordered and served from a menu. As we are both vegetarian we found the hot food on offer in the buffet was limited.

This was the best decision I have ever made before I long haul flight! What a brilliant experience. The food was outstanding, the bar well stocked, great atmosphere, complimentary facial and clarins moisturiser. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we're sure to let me know when I should go to my gate which was actually right outside the lounge. I have told everyone who would listen about the lounge. It was a lovely start to our holiday. Very relaxing. I am sure that many people who use the lounge are familiar with it. However this was our very first time and I would suggest the welcoming staff might be a little warmer and explain to us how it works. They could ask if we have been before. But other than that I would use it again.
