Great lounge with great service

Lounge didn’t feel very relaxing as the layout didn’t allow any privacy, mostly rows of seats so you sat with strangers. When we booked it stayed that premium alcoholic drinks, such as champagne, were not included. However, most alcoholic drinks were premium (free drinks included 5 different spirits, 1 beer, 2 wines). They also didn’t have the right mixer for my drink so made me something else without telling me so I had to queue again. Food was lovely though.

Nice and quite, food very average quality and basic (warm stodge and a few basic swrnies), limited choice, no decent seating areas for family. Suited to lovely travellers. Needs to improve hygiene / clean up to justify price

Gaining access to the lounge took around 5 minutes and was longer than our experience with other lounges. Reception staff were reasonably busy so that may have explained the less than friendly welcome. Again poor comparison to other lounges. Food options ok. Number of power charging points out of order, and by the time we left the loung was full to bursting with people struggling to find seats. Was ok for the price, but nothing special.

Easy to find, good selection of food and drinks. Away from the madding crowd! Had increased in price since I first started to use the lounges but still good value when discount applied.

Very good lounge - quiet seating, good selection of food, hot and cold and drinks. Well worth the money but we were not asked for evidence that we had paid!

Dear Sir/Madam We booked through Holiday extras, Hotel with Parking, Ref1EIPF, from the 19th May to the 3rd June, on the basis that we had done similar last year. On our way down to Heathow Airport we telephoned Fly drive to let them know we where on route and would be there around 16.00 hrs. When we arrived at the short stay carpark, the Fly Drive attendant did not know we would be arriving and had no paper work regarding our booking. He had to ring and find out if our paper work from you was correct. During our holiday, in fact the middle weekend I checked where my car was parked, ( it is equipped with Vauxhauls On Star system). On two separate occasions, 1 hour apart it was located at these addresses first – Horton Road, Slough, Second – Horton Road. This gave me some cause for concern. I checked these two address on google maps, to my surprise to find that they where houses. I emailed holiday extras twice with no answer, I finally received a reply the following day from a Ryan Godden. I got the opinion that he did not believe me, but after a number of emails between us he agreed to contact Fly Drive. After two days we received an email from Ryan Stating that, the car was at a secure compound and not the address I gave him, being miles away in Thailand I had to accept it, but was unhappy. When we arrived back to Heathrow airport and went to the car park where the fly drive attendant is, they had no idea that we where picking up our car, all he said was have we telephoned, I said no because we where not informed to do that. At that time we where not the only people waiting for the cars, It appeared that they very disorganized situation. After a twenty minute wait my car arrived. I gave it a close inspection the outside paint work was very dusty, when I opened the car doors I found the front passenger seat had been completely laid flat, Why?, also all controls the could be adjusted had been, why?. Also the fuel guage was at a lower position by some amount that it was when we left it, even taking it to account of distance to and from to a compound, if there was one. This all leads me to believe that it had been used by some one while we where on holiday and not stored in a secure compound. If it was stored at a compound why would it be moved in the middle of our holiday?. The onstar system is correct because I have checked it at other addresses since we have been home. I have no complaint regarding the stay at the hotel, however I am a disgruntled costumer with Fly drive part of our booking, they do not seem a reputable company. Compairing them with Purple parking we booked through you last year on the same type of booking, there is no comparision. Regards D Tupling.

The lounge was excellent. Very spacious, comfortable and the food choices were second to none. The only negative thing I could possibly comment on was waiting at the bar for a drink but that was only for about 2 minutes. I would definitely come here again. Thank you!

Booked into lounge at Terminal 2 Heathrow before my flight to Sydney via Singapore. Food was delicious and complimentary drinks very welcome. I had made a mistake with my booking times but the young ladies at Holiday Extras and indeed at Heathrow were most helpful in getting this done at very short notice. As it was the coach was late and checking in more lengthy than usual so the original time would have been fine after all - typical!. Thank you holiday extras I shall indeed use you again.

Confirmation email for Hotel had incorrect postcode Phone number provided on confirmation for parking Support doesn’t work The instructions for the Fly and greet when parking your car is incorrect. The guys that greet you are sick of hearing this from customers too. Terminal 2 Heathrow greet service is on level 4 not 2. Change your instructions

Tihe facilities were OK and well used. They let me in early without fuss. The catering staff (minimal) looked tired and the food was pretty downmarket and VERY small portions (plane sized) on small plates. On balance I appreciated the lounge because it was a comfortable place to wait for my flight but I would not bother to go there again but rather find a more upmarket restaurant to have a meal for £30.00 in

The reception staff were rather rude initially until I mirrored their attitude. The bar staff weren’t much better however the drinks were included and the food better than many of the other outlets and the seating comfortable. On the whole though it was better than the normal airport experience.

All the other lounges I have been in have a lot more on offer in the way of food drink and magazines.. Staff were very nice but not attentive and the tables were not cleared very often... Loos ok but lacking products.... I had an ok time but not the best value for money.

I arrived around lunchtime and assume that the lounge was more crowded shortly before I arrived as there was almost no food left on the buffet, no glasses, no cutlery and it took about 15 minutes for it all to be replenished. Since I was there for a few hours it wasn't a problem, they just seemed to be short staffed at the time. tables were cleared quickly, there was always a smile and staff happy to help.
