lounge nice and peaceful. food lovely. could be improved if more space. couches very large and difficult to get past. lounge busy and service bit slow otherwise would use again

staff very helpful and facilities lovely.I was unsure of things as this was my first time and maybe a little more guidance of what is available would help.When a member of staff was collecting glasses she asked the couple next to me if they'd like another drink which was nice.

Perhaps a couple more tv screens showing different channels on each would be nice. Staff, quality of food etc all very good. We were delayed 5 hours so would be nice to know if we could have come back into the lounge.

When I last used this lounge i obtained a nice eggs benedict breakfast which was why I re booked. To be offered a roll with sausage or an omelette was not worth the extra money.
