Friendly welcome - good choice and helpful staff although had to wait 35 mins for a bacon roll as one chef covering two sites. Last order had to be abandoned as needed to leave for check in.

Lounge was as expected and service was good, though cooked items took a while to arrive. One of the coffee machines was out of order for a while which led to a queue forming. Comfortable seating was at a premium which is why I am only scoring 8. It would have been a long time if we had had to sit on dining chairs. It's a lounge! However much better than 3 hours milling around and a relaxed start to our holiday

Not overly and took a while to clear any tables. When we entered was unsure what tables were free as they still had cups, plates etc on them. Facilities were fab, bit busy thou and not as much choice of seating as was too busy.

The number one lounge was like a school canteen. There were limited space to sit and we had to queue at the bar for ten minutes to order drinks and food. I thought this would be a nice surprise for my wife as we had never done this before and on this experience will not be doing it again.

I felt for £25 per head, the drinks could have included Prosecco - I was disappointed to have to pay for this when wine was free. Also I wasn't told that we would have access to the premium security lane

For £25 to use the lounge at Gatwick, I would expect alcoholic drinks to be free. I could see that the other, cheaper lounge did!

There was one member of staff who made us feel very uncomfortable,when we ordered food she questioned us as if we had been up already for food even though she was the only person serving that afternoon

It was not really that special. The food was limited and only to one small bacon roll. Expected more of a full English.. Was therefore not worth the extra money. Also felt over subscribed so limited seating.. Virgin lounge so much better.

I waited over 10 minutes for a cheese plate, then asked a staff member if he could follow up my order, but he didn't get back to me. A few minutes later, I asked a waiter if he could follow up my order, he advised me there was a 30 minute wait for food. It did arrive within the 30 minutes. I felt there were not enough staff to deal with the number of guests.

The Lounge was overbooked. People had to wait outside in the lobby to get in. Poor stuff. Luckily the staff were excellent and seeing that we had two small children found us a table. Inside the lounge is comfortable, but they've cut down on the snacks on offer. If you don't like cake you are screwed. I miss the cheese platter.

Lounge was at capacity and wouldn't have got in without a booking, however due to us being on a European flight and our check in not opening until 2 hours before departure, it cost £100 for a family of 4 to spend 40 minutes in here once you'd navigated security and the gate

Yes...but could have had a few extra staff as they were very busy. The lounge was comfortable and the food was good. It was however extremely warm in there!
