Staff were very helpful, lounge was clean & tidy. The only thing I think could be improved was the selection of food. It was very limited in comparison to other loung scive used yet was the most expensive. A wider selection would improve the overall experience.

Decent lounge. Too few toilets (2 cubicles for men) Food was nice with waiter service for cooked items. Glad we booked as they were turning people who hadn't away!

The lounge provided a great start to our holiday. A lovely breakfast was served and a huge range of drinks. Very busy though and felt there were to many people in the lounge to enjoy the comforts.

Holiday Extras were very helpful when the airport lounge we booked was closed for refurbishment so arranged an alternative. Can’t fault Holiday Extras but No 1 Lounge has really gone downhill. I have used this lounge previously and always thought it was good but my last visit was disappointing.

The No1 lounge at Gatwick North terminal is a disgrace. The seating area and the food on offer are not good. We would rather stay in the departure lounge than experience that again

Very disappointed that using the lounge after 7pm was like we shouldn’t be in there. There was very little choice of food and had to wait a good while for replenishments. I do understand that obviously it’s not good to waste food & it is near to the lounge closing but the few staff that were on duty were rather hard to summon-so unlike previous day visits when they can’t do enough to assist & please customers. In future I will probably only book the lounge if our flight is before 6pm

I thought when my car was parked at the hotel nobody had access to my keys as they were in a secure box that only I could access with my printed bar coded ticket ... when I returned my car had been moved to another area in the car park .... that is not what I was told ... not happy

I have used you a few times recently so will assume you are referring to Gatwick Lounge and parking? Both excellent, easy to use. Food options in the lounge are a bit cheap and nasty but it’s clean, quiet and the staff are nice. Parking was great. Much better than either I have used at Heathrow.

Problem trying to telephone meet and greet service. Once you phone the number to let you know you are near, obviously on a hands free mobile, the service then asks you to key “1†to get to the right department- how can you do that while you are driving? Impossible.

We arrived early as traffic on m25 was much quieter than usual. We where booked for lounge at 3.30 but arrived at 2.45 instead and even though explained husband is registered disabled due to knee replacement that went wrong they refused us entry until 3.15. As previous regular visitors found service lacking and attitude uncaring!!

Needing assistance, l was brought to the lounge in a wheelchair and then sat on a sofa. I asked for a glass of wine and some lunch, l was told l should help myself. When l explained that l was disabled all l got was a ‘tut’ as the young lady went to get my order. Maybe she had an off day, but being made to feel that it was my fault was not very pleasant . The lounge was fine, food good and hot. Perhaps some staff training ?

For the extra cost of No1 lounge,I dont think its worth it.I will stick to the Aspire Lounge next time as its was just as good in my opinions I am happy to pour my own drinks as I think bar service was the only difference as only bacon rolls available in the morning.
