The onlly problem was that the Bay No for the Hilton hotel Bus from Stansted airport was given to us as bay 30 when in fact the bus went from bay 31. The hotel was very good.

Everything was as described, hotel was good The staff at hotel very helpfull , especially as we had to be at the airport at 5.30. The bus was prompt and staff there to assist. Would use holiday extras again.

The hotel was great and staff really helpful the only problem I had was the signage for the car parking was not very clear and I parked in the weong place but this was soon rectified

The facilities were OK, the transfer and carparking excellent. The only down side was the menu at the Hilton was basic and not what I would call good food, and we felt like we were on a conveyor belt of customers for the staff.
