Staff were brilliant. Comfortable bed. Had a meal in the restaurant and staff were friendly and helpful. We think it is a great start to the holiday, especially parking our car so close to reception and knowing it will be safe whilst we are away. Exceptional value all round.

we arrived at the Hilton Hotel about 4.30 pm and booked our car in at reception. The room was fine for an overnight stay and where we parked was less than 100m from reception. The staff there explained what we needed to do on our return. The car was not moved during our holiday. We dined in the restaurant on the evening, which was very good (although relatively expensive) had a nightcap and booked an alarm call for the Sunday morning. This came within 2 minutes of the time we asked for. The bus came at the allotted time and took us to stand 27 at the airport without a hitch. On our return we got the bus back from the same stand. we took our bags to the car and I went to reception and was issued a ticket to get out of the car park within seconds od me walking in. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!

We booked a stay at the Hilton Hotel, Stanstead.Great place to leave the car and have a good night's rest before the flight. The breakfast was good and bus to terminal was on time and efficient. Well done!

The hotel with car parking package was good value and you felt confident the car was secure while you were away. It was relaxing not to have to drive home after a late flight back.
