A drinks list as long as the bar is large
The Aubrey Park Hotel (formerly the Ramada Hemel Hempstead) has an art deco-inspired bar that boasts heavy wooden panelling and rich colours to set you in the mood for an evening of indulgence. TV screens keep you up to date with whats going on in the rest of the world (should you choose to hear about it) and the large lounge chairs demand that you sit back and relax. Free nibbles are served through the afternoon.
The lunchtime menu can be eaten in the large bar area, or the more-intimate restaurant. Available seven days a week, the lunchtime menu offers sandwiches and paninis, such as a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, a Cajun chicken, chilli salsa, bacon and roquette focaccia and a steak, onion marmalade, mustard mayo and roquette baguette. Alternatively, opt for something simple like a cheese and pickle sarnie. All come served with coleslaw, salad and crisps. Larger meals are also available for those with a healthy appetite, and lunch can be taken in the bar or restaurant.
Aubrey Park Hotel Bar
- Open all day until late
The bar itself stretches the length of two rooms and its just a few steps from the terrace, so youll never be far from your next beverage. A selection of beers, wines and spirits are available, and a porter will serve guests throughout the night after the bar officially closes.
