All fine thank you. Family room in Holiday Inn left a lot to be desired. Very small for 4 people, sofa bed not made up and when it was we had no room. Road runners excellent very good service very efficient and the young lady in the office very very helpful. I would think 2ce about Holiday Inn in future, we have always used them in the past but our experience this time with the room and the food in the restaurant suggests we should move on and find something better

We stayed in the Holiday Inn at Juntion 4 Heathrow. We booked for three people in the room, but were only provided with stuff for two. The cost of a taxi transfer through the concierge was fixed, and more expensive than when we got a cab back from the airport, so we would recomend you arrange your onw transfer.

The service ran smoothly and the hotel staff were friendly and helpfull, However the room at the hotel was tired a little grubby and ready for refurbishment. Also the hotel knew that the room was for three people but the spare bed was not made up and they only provided two cups for drinks etc

Excellent hotel. Very organised check-in, car drop off etc. Room first class and nice and quiet even though hotel was very busy. Booked return Hoppa tickets from machine in reception which was cheaper (£7 instead of £9). Transfer to Terminal 4 went smoothly both ways.

Yes I was satisfied with all aspects of the service I received. At the last moment I realised that I had made a mistake over a booking which could have had costly and uncomfortable consequences but a phone call was enough to have the error remedied at the 11th hour.
